Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are held for a 24-Hour period before processed. Once an order has been processed please allow 1-2 business days for packing and another 3-5 business days for shipping.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, some shipping delays may occur.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there is significant delay in shipment of you order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates and delivery estimates are based on current shipping rates and may vary based on size of order, destination, etc.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Currently, Canyon Materials, Inc., does not ship to any P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses at this time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once an order is placed and processed for shipping you will receive an additional email regarding your Shipment Tracking containing any tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for tracking numbers to be active.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Canyon Materials, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to you order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Canyon Materials, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
